Hi Ben,

Thanks for getting to me re the screen. I guess I need to ascertain if the screens are compatible. The Serial number on my machine is:

W86336TJWHS
iMac 5.2
Intel Core Duo
1.86 processor

If they are compatible, and your screen does work OK when fitted to mine, how does Dhs200 sound? It is the going rate listed for 17" screens at commercial sellers, that offer a 2 week warranty.

That is indeed a good offer, but I'd rather have the whole thing sold. I'll wait a while to see if I can get rid of the whole machine before I open it up.
