    Lidia the easiest thing to do for you would be to backup all your files, and move them across to a new user account. If you are not comfortable there are several apple resellers in dubai with technicians who would be able to help solve your problem very quickly.

    If you take it to the store you bought it from, it's a very small problem to fix, and they might not even charge you!
