Shiny Dock?

This isn't a problem per se...but..

My iMacs dock is shiny.

I've checked both laptops and both Minis, normal looking Leopard docks, but for some reason my iMac has gone "shiny".

It's a better look in my opinion, but I am not entirely certain why it has changed. That I am aware of there has been no graphics update in the past several hours.....Quite odd really.

I am wondering if Dock crashed and reloaded missing a texture..

*Update*
Weird, I've tried killing/restarting the Dock, even restarting Finder. Effect stays.

Any thoughts?

I turned off the 3D effect from the beginning.
You might want to see what that does.

defaults write com.apple.dock no-glass -boolean YES; killall Dock
You can turn it back on be replacing the YES with NO.

You can also try to give it different textures.
I'm guessing you misplaced the image file somehow.

Just an update, I noticed that stacks were displaying without textures.

As a final act of voodoo I (*gasp*) restarted the computer. Everything is back to normal.

Still very odd.
