Internet Problem (Help please) .

Dear Emirates Mac Members,

I have been getting problems with my internet connecting wirelessly at home. I use to get it if I went to cretin coffee shops but now I get it at home. The rest of the computers that are windows are working fine.

The problems is that the internet is so slow but it tells me that I have full single and no problems connecting. I have a MacBook 2.2 and running on Mac OSX 10.5.4

I am testing the Mac at starbucks right now and its working fine. I am trying to find the fault but I don't know what it is.

Is there any programs or tips someone could give me.

10.5.4 seems to have solved most Airport problems.

Try turning off airport and on again after about a minute.

Thanks for the tip but I tried that with out any success.

I am thinking of maybe replacing the wireless router.

I doubt that is your problem.
If you will end up buying one (as apposed to borrowing) go to Sharaf DJ.
If it works, great.
If not you can return it.

Is Sharaf DJ a computer shop or a shopping mall? Do they have an internet adress?

They're a chain of electronics stores, Sharaf DG.
