I am not trying to push the envelope too hard... but, i do feel that you already have the momentum..
This forum is one of the greatest things that can happen to Apple users in the UAE!!! Seriously!! I talk out of experience.. I clearly remember how my voice was heard through you for an issue i had with my new macbook!

You (we all) have the power!

I am not trying to train the guns on anyone.. nor do i want to get personal on this issue.. so..sorry if i have written too much..

Why didn't you buy Apple Care online? Amazon and many other online retailers do sell it. Once you have AppleCare than IMC has to honor it as per Magnus's post.

Sorry, you might have misunderstood me. I think it's an important issue and one that we should discuss. I'm just not sure how to go about fixing it, other than to make it more public. So please talk away about it
