schedulermailer

When I start up my MBA, I get a Message saying " Schedulermailer wants to use your confidential information stored in your key chain" It also says " The authenticity of schedulermailer cannot be verified. Do you want to allow access to this item..."

Not too sure what this mean

Can any one help me to understand the above message please ?

Discussed here. Seems like some problem with Spring Cleaning and Internet Cleanup and Leopard. Some say it also happens with just Stuffit Expander. Do you have any of that installed? Can you find "schedulemailer" on your disk? Some say that deleting the /Library/Smith Micro folder works.

Many Thanks Magnus. Yes; I have Spring Cleaner installed. However, I don't find Schedulermailer in my Disk.

But you have Smith Micro folder? Did you try trashing that whole folder? It seems to be a fairly common problem. Here's a discussion with some suggestions.
