I tried the verifying thing and it said that my external is fine and there is no errors... i might try formatting ... but before that .. do you think there is nothing else we can do before that

Not sure what else to try right now. Does it do the same thing on another Mac? Also try, if you haven't, in a fresh account and see if the problem is the same.

i tried it on another mac ... it is the same thing ... i will try to format it ... should i do that in Desk Utilities too?

Yes, just make sure you make a copy of it first.
