| Yes, the default port 5190, I am told, is blocked by the local ISP. I have been using Port 13 for several years, now and it works fine. However, I am not able a/v chat and get the infamous "insufficient bandwidth, blah blah blah " error message. I have checked various support forums and help sites and tried all the suggestions without any luck. Anybody else here facing similar issues? I think the problem is with the ISP not enabling the QOS technology or something to that effect.
