I recommend hitting the HP website and download the latest driver package. Normally you get the option to choose the driver, or the management package or both. You want to choose the complete package.

So I have a similar issue, I recently bought an HP C7283 AIO, and when I try to set it up as a wireless printer, it come up saying its a fax printer (although it shows the IP address).

Any help is highly appreciated!

Not sure I understand the problem, it says it is a "fax printer", you write. But isn't that what it is since it's an AIO?
