Authorized Service Centers?

I miss the Genius Bar...what is the next best thing in Dubai?
I have an issue w/ my power cord not charging reliably also when I turn my computer on, the CD/DVD drive makes a sound (like when you are trying to start your are engine).

Where is my best bet? Will they honor my Apple Care warranty?

Apple care is honored in UAE... you can visit any apple service center.

Really? Because I heard you can go to any iStyle store, but when I called the one in Festival Centre they said no they don't service or look at hardware issues.

Which ones actually help? Or should I go in anyways...I would just hate to waste my time if they are going to try and plug it into their power source and then stare blankly at me.

iStyle stores themselves don't really do service, that all goes through iStore.
