    Question Experience with Apple Care in UAE?

    It time to renew my apple care for my mac mini.
    Could anybody please share their experience good or bad with apple local service center here in Dubai with extended warranty product (apple care)? I am looking for experience where the product developed a fault and how efficient/helpful/willing they were to fix it, and if they charged anything for it (apart from 5% for parts as mentioned in some other posts)
