IChat connection

I can't seem to make my iChat work/connect (since 2008) both on my MBP and iMac. I followed all the set-up process, have accounts with Mac/Me and AIM, it won't work. It always gives me "The server did not respond" anything I miss??

If you've done all the things suggested in other threads here, not much more you can do.

i was able to get some info on Apple forums, just changed the port to 443 and it's working fine now, finally, tnx.

Guess you didn't see the extensive iChat threads here because that's suggested in many of them. Good you got it working though.
