Printing to pdf on a PC from a Mac-created Excel application

Hello all. I have developed a fantastic calculation software app. (Not advertising for it, so I won't even say its name). I sell it all over the world. It works on Office 2004 for Mac, because those schmucks at Microsoft have given up on VBA. Now, my new client who has a PC (aaarggh) has problems printing some of the calculation pages to pdf. It seems they only get half the page printed!! Googling this issue, I have come up with several solutions as to why this is, one of them being that the dpi settings have to be somewhere around 300dpi for the print area to work properly. Well, after trying this, it does not seem to work as a rule. If anyone of you has any experience with both platforms, and has a solution for me, I would be most grateful. Thank you.

How is he printing to PDF on the PC?
The fact that the file was made on a Mac is irrelevant.
Printing is done solely by the OS.

The best way IMHO to print on a PC is to use Acrobat.
Then print using the distiller, not the Office plug in.

Printing to PDF form Excel app

Hi there and thanks for replying.

The client has to use the button setup in the macro-filled app we created. So he/she will select certain pages of the calculation program to print, and print from there. All the print areas of the program have been set in advance. Listen if you are good on both patforms I would love to send you a copy of the program to your mac - you can see what mean there - and then transfer it to your pc and see what I mean THERE - :0) would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, but I don't have a PC with MS Office readily available.

But you haven't said how you print on the PC side of things.
