Mail won't start

I had problem with the permissions, I fixed it by booting form Leopard DVD and use disk utility but after that mail won't start.

I tried to move com.apple.mail.plst and mail folder from library to the desktop with no luck.

any idea guys?
I'm using 10.5.4

Check output (and post last bit of it) from Console (Applications>Utilities), it might give some clue as to what's happening.

Thank you Magnus, I did not know that the console do like this (one year only with mac

it say:
Sender Message
Mail Unable to load nib file: MailViewer, exiting
com.apple.launch ([0x0-0x251251].com.apple.mail[12634] Exited with exit code 1
