need Tahoma font to be used in Mac OS X 10/4

I appreciate if anyone can upload Tahoma font from Mac OS X 10.5 (/Library/Fonts/ or /System/Library/Fonts/)

I want to use it in my java application on mac 10.4

And you don't have one in 10.4? If you have Office you should have it. And is that a font that can be freely distributed by anyone?

I don't have office. I'm not sure about redistributing it again but it will be used in Mac only.
