guys i have flv videos that i want to convert them to 3GPP
any free program that works good??
please i need it ASAP

Spend the money on VisualHub. You can use it to convert pretty much any video so it's a good investment. Not sure whether the free iSquint will do it.

Alternately (If you haven't done yet), You could upgrade your Quicktime to Quicktime Pro. than open your .flv file in Quicktime and export it from there.

You could also try at 'ffmpegX' which is Free.
