Anybody knows where to get help to download Microsoft Office application and adobe photoshop and Ipod Rip as its so expensive to buy the software.

Please help me. thanks

There are many places to download them.
But they charge the same money more or less (you might save $10 nut not more).
Anything else is illegal and could get you in to lots of trouble.
So be careful.

If you're talking about where to get illegal copies of commercial software, sorry, we're not going to help you on this site. Software may be expensive but for pretty much any commercial application there are cheaper alternatives and often even free ones.
