AL salam 3alikom,
Does any one know how to submit ur site to google, I did submit mine more than one time through this link- Add your URL to Google - but does not look submitted.

That's how you submit it. But you have no control over how and when they do index your site, so not much you can do beyond submitting the site really. Google likes sites that are updated regularly though and have incoming links from other sites, so if you want them to index your site faster/better it probably pays to keep working on the site and publish new stuff to it.
