It's File > Export.

Pages 08 can import/export Office 08 (something the older versions of Office can't)
Office 04:Mac can import/export using a plugin from Microsoft (goto mactopia.com)

The nice thing about the Mac is that you can always "Print to PDF". Just go to File>Print and select PDF>Save as PDF.
