Leopard - Printing in landscape

I have a strange problem ever sine i started using leopard. I cannot print any kind of document/sheet in landscape mode to a networked printer. Whatever setting i do the printout is in portrait mode. In the layout/preview it shows landscape but when it prints its portrait always. My printer is on a windows network.

leopard's new spots and life's simple pleasures

I haven't had any crashes or other negatives. My favorite thing is that the calendar date shows correct whether you open it or not. Great! I'm sure I'll find others but haven't had much time to play.

Crashes

I recommend you take a look at your system. and review the log files and see if something jumps out at you. Look for some error messages as well.

They are located in /var/log/ blah.log

iSight problem with Leopard

Hi Guys,

This is an interesting one for any of you who have upgraded to Leopard and have had difficulty with the built in iSight on you MB or MBP. The week before traveling I upgrade to Leopard and I thought my Cam probs were due to me dropping my MBP at the security barrier at Heathrow, which caused an ouch...... from every sympathetic laptop owner in the queue.
MBP's do bounce and 06h30 in the morning response time is low. Apart from a little bit of restyling of the outer case (a few dents) everything seemed fine.
It was from that point on I started to notice that the iSight wasn't working when I used the S/W thing we can't talk about, and was intermittent i.e. reboot several times and it worked etc convinced it was due to the recent juggling act I had performed.
Last night while trying to chat to the folks at home the Cam took several reboots and I noticed Growl was seeing it but then loosing it, and it was not showing in the system profiler. So this morning I did some more investigation and found I was not the only one having this trouble. Quite a few of us Leopard upgrade junkies were having the same problem. So if your having problems here is a link to a site which fixed my built in iSight Cam iSight Fix I can't qualify the source I just know it worked for me.
And having followed all the Apple Tech docs and rebooting sequences, until 10.5.2 comes out this was the only solution that has worked thus far.

Rgds

Gday

ok, a new bug tht i've come across. it happns when u have more than one networks aroound u
airport keeps on scanning, and dsnt stop and dsnt connect to one router. this makes u lose connectivity every 15 secs or so, highly frustrating, seems like people hae already come across it on other forums btw, no permanent solution to it yet
