Upgrade to Lightroom 3 / Adobe account in the UAE

Hello,

I own a registered version of Lightroom 2 and I have an Adobe account in the UAE. When I try to download the Lightroom 3 upgrade, the Adobe website tells me, that I can't download and refers to retailers. Is there any way to purchase Adobe programs online here in the UAE ? Can I create a second account with a "fake" adress in e.g. United Kingdom ?

Since no one replied I just chose the way to order it by amazon-UK. They don't send software directly to the UAE so I had to make a detour and having it sent to Germany from where I finally got the program.

Thanks for the update. I really can't remember seeing the original post, it would have been a good question for the Adobe guys in Dubai.

Hi Magnus,

no problem - I just saw on their website, that the guys from "gulfphotoplus" also have it on their website and probably in stock. Their "shop" is located in Knowledge Village and they also offer great classes about photography.
