Chat for EMUGers

I've enabled the chat we had some time ago. It's flash based and back then there
were some issues with it. But since then it's jumped two full versions (v3>v5) so
hopefully we won't have those problems again.

It's supposed to be available only to members of EmiratesMac Apple Users Group
(those of you with an EMUG badge below your username when looking at one of your
posts). We're going through the list of EMUGers and will update that this coming
week. I've tried it with a few accounts on the site and so far it seems to work.
Someone who is a registered user but that is not in the EMUG group of users will,
if everything works like it should, be denied logging in to the chat.

You will have to log in to the chat separately but it should work with your normal
site username and password as they two (forum and chat) use the same database.

I'm also working on other changes to the EMUG users on the site as well as a new
homepage.
