You mean to Mail in Leopard? Easiest way is to use an IMAP email account (such as GMail or MobileMe). Upload all the emails to it on Outlook, then you have access to them from anywhere, including your Mac.

You can install Thunderbird on your PC.
Then copy over the files to the Mac, and import directly into Mail.

You could use Outlook2Mac for this conversion, this utility comes for just $10 and is well worth it as it transfers mail, contacts and calendar and is faster.

For other methods you can see here and/or here.

Side note: I think this thread should be moved to the newbie/switcher section as it is a very common question for all switchers.

Guys,
finally got it done. installed thunderbird on vista and then transferred the files to mac thunderbird. i was able to transfer with a few bad runs.
In thunderbird mac i had to download an update which could convert the files. then just had to copy to library the files from vista.
