New SSL certificate

We've had a SSL certificate for the site since we started a year ago. That's the thing that says the site is what it says it is when you connect securely via HTTPS to any pages. Anyway it was set to expire just a few days ago, and I've been trying to figure out how to renew it with the company we bought it from. Can I just say that RegisterFly must be one of the worst companies ever when it comes to customer service - do NOT ever spend any money with them, please.

Let's see...
  • I opened a customer support ticket with them on their site, asking how I could renew, and after several weeks, there's not a single reply there from them, even though I have posted many follow-up messages.
  • I have faxed them at least twice, no reply.
  • I have called them on many occasions and their line is always busy.
  • I have emailed on many occasions, no reply.
  • On their site they give the times for their customer support number to be open, but the voice on the automated answering service they run when the number is not manned, says different hours, and there's no way to leave a message.
So now I've signed us up with another company and hope they're better. I've used Godaddy for many things before and they've always been pretty good.

Zaid Al Hilali will become famous soon enough
Some customer service huh! As if they left their "mis-contact" details for their clients
