Thanks for sharing your experience with us. I think the more we can highlight issues of customers feeling badly treated, the more chance of improving things we have.
Just came back from apple store in Marina Mall. And yesterday, i went to the Avenues store as well. Cant believe the standard of service.
Today at Marina Mall store, I had some questions but was able ask only one and got only a one word answer and then the sales man walked away. Couldnt believe it. A customer walking in mean potential sale but this guy was not interested at all. To be fair though, last week in the same store, there was a guy, Lloyd, who was exceptionally helpful and did advise me correctly and solved my problem.
At the Avenues, its a totally different situation. You walk in, he watches you from his seat, and doesnt even make a move. Very bad attitude for a sales guy.
I hope someone will take notice and send these guys for sales training.

Yes, I totally agree with you.. the services is very poor in here, not to mention the price tags are multiplied at least by 2 of what you see online.
But, recently I've noticed that there is some stores in Kuwait that is taking Mac seriously & they are hiring in some professional trained technical support. Perhaps, this will expand and we will be able to see more of this in the future![]()
Its nice to be important, but more important to be nice.

I am not surprised at the service in `Q8. I had similar experience there.. wonder why the management doesn't take notice of all these things.
