The Best Buy store in Mohandessin (which they call "Applestore" on the outside, and resembles Apple shops in Europe/US) is probably the best place for the full range of Mac computers and other gear in Cairo. If you're going there by taxi, it's next to the "Shooting Club" and Iraqi embassy. This branch is the showroom with all the actual equipment - don't bother going to their head office - it's really just for their administration... unless you have a big order and need to negotiate with the boss. The prices on their website - Best Buy website - are pretty much accurate, though you can occasionally negotiate a bit. You can see some pictures of the showroom on their website here

Virgin Megastore in the City-Stars mall has a few computers (iMacs, Powerbooks, iBooks, AppleTV, and MacMinis but no desktops) but has a wide range of iPod accessories and speakers if that's what you're looking for. Their prices are a bit high.

RadioShack (downtown branch) has some iPod accessories, docks and speakers, but no actual computers.

I'm not sure about the CompuMe store in City Stars, but they have a big computer showroom (mostly non-Mac) in Heliopolis:

CompuME have some Mac gear but not a huge range, mostly iPod stuff and an iBook or two, at least last time I checked.

Tradeline Stores have opened a large Mac shop in Mohandessin. Haven't been there yet but it looks impressive - someone has posted some more photos of the store on Flickr.
