This might be a late reply but better late than nothing you can go GEANT and CityCenter that's near seef area and look for iMachines stalls.

Virgin Store is selling Apple Computers as well located at the 3rd floor City Center Bahrain

Apple Centre and Main store iMachine are in Exhibition Road might want to check it next time you are on a business trip here in Bahrain.
