IPHONE Data Setting with Etisalat Post Paid

Hi
for Some reason and for the last couple of days, I have not been able to check email/interet on my iphone. I have been using edge for a while and it was working perfectly.
Did Etisalat change their settings?
I currentyl use: APN: etisalat.ae

I called Etisalat and they said iphone is not supported but that they could give me the manual config:
APN: mnet
username: mnet
password: mnet

Off course, this did not work!
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Same here, it was working on my 2G iPhone and on my Nokia, but refuses to work on my iPhone 3G. I've tried entering several combinations of etisalat.ae, mnet, blank, etc. but nothing.

Let me take that back, I tried a couple of things that fixed it (for now). I reset the iPhone by holding the home and sleep buttons down. I turned it back on then I reset the network settings through General -> Rest -> Reset Network Settings.

The internet connection worked after that.

Try just using etisalat.ae
leave the username and password blank.

I use etisalat.ae, and mnet as username and password and it works fine
