Parallels Build 3120 RC1

You can now download Build 3120 RC1 of Parallels Desktop for Mac. I downloaded and tried and it works great.

Parallels Desktop

I can't get it to install on my iMac... It says that:
"Parallels Desktop cannot be istaled on this computer. Make sure your system meets the requirements."

Anybody out there have any ideas???

Thx.

RE: Requirements

Mmm, what exactly would the requirements be?

Okay, it's a Mac...
2.1 Processor
1.5GB Ram
Mega HD-Space available
Running OS X 10.4.10

What more is required?

Well then it can't run on your iMac, you need an Intel Mac to run Parallels.

Damn...

That's my first Mac "upset", if I can call it that.
Okay...
(At least, I have not crashed it yet)

In pc there is not much differentiation between AMD or Intel when it comes to Running programs. The key issue is processor speed.

So how do you know before the purchase what Mac you get? (Intel or PPC)
Lastly, is there any other way of getting the machine to Run Windows in order to open Windows based programs and their file extensions?

The mac was intended to be a PC replacement, not addition.
