Windows on Mactel

When using a normal one button Macintosh mouse, user could press Ctrl key to get a contextual menu on screen.
How to get this contextual menu when using MS Windows on an Intel Mac via BootCamp? Remember no right mouse button here.

put two finger on the pad ... and click ..
