| ooo interesting... i knew Plasma had a life span of a couple of thousand hours... but i heard LCD's are the screens to have... but i never looked into it, and i never heard about the displays losing its colors i need to look into that... cause i was planning to buy a new TV and i totaly scratched out Plasma screens from the list after the research i made |

yah Plasma's are a dying breed. Even Sony dropped Plasma's out and is manufacturing LCDs only(Bravia). Also Sharp does the best LCDs(Aquos series) along with Sony. If you can wait for the Sony Bravia that out puts 1080p resolution that would be great. Sharp already has those btw MBSS stands for Mathmeticaly Beautifull Screen Saver......it's a SS that has tiny explosion like fireworks...you need to see it in person. I personally love it and have it on my PC. | |

| i c... sounds like an interesting SS... i might check that out.. as for the TV advice.. thanxs... i will take sharp into concideration next time i go to the market |
