Have you tried downloading it again, maybe thanks to etisalat it might have downloaded incompletely, sometimes it opens and shows junk.

Thanks, Magnus! Opening it with Acrobat Reader did work.

Venky: It turned out that it was a problem with Preview. I wasn't able to view the file properly. How come Preview wasn't able to show it?

We protect the file with Acrobat Pro, and I've had situations in the past when I've created it for Acrobat 7 and Preview has only seen blank pages. But creating it for Acrobat 6 has always worked fine in Preview. Perhaps I forgot to do it for version 6 this time.
