Fan Noise and Excessive Heat on SL

Hi Guys,

I bought a Macbook 13' aluminum last year.
The mac is running smoothly as anticipated until i upgraded to Snow Leopard.
My mac begins to have avery loud fan noise and becomes hot after 15 minutes of usage.
what is the reason for this and any remedy?

What programs are you running when this happens?
Mine works fine, but when I turn on VMWare, the fans whirl to kingdom come.

Safari, mail and MS OFFICE apps. Actually, yesterday i reformat it with leopard and everything went fine but when i reupgrade to Snow Leopard it suddenly began making noise and heat speeds up. Im reading commentaries that many macbook really reacted that way. What can i do?

Can you test and see if the problem persists while Safari is off?
