Windows Wallpaper on Apple Website?

Was checking out some stuff on the Apple Support website and stumbled across this.

Is it just me or is that a windows logo set as the wallpaper? fishy fishy.

I doubt that's Windows. If you check the date on the KB, it's updated in 2003 and it affects "Mac OS X 10.0". That looks like it would be an Apple desktop picture, some of them that are still in Leopard today have been in there from the start with little or no change.
