people when will apple officially release the iphone it has been more than a year and a half since the release of the iphone!!!i really want one which is official from apple not those unlocked ones!!!!any news about that?

No one knows or at least they're not saying in public. And there are iPhones that are official an unlocked from Apple.

There are unlocked iPhones sold by Apple in some countries around the world.

I heard that this would be happen, but which countries? And if so why is there not a flow of them coming out of those countries to others? Also is it actually unlocked or does the customer have the option of picking their carrier of choice that is available in that country?

It's just that if there are unlocked phones I would of thought that we would of seen or heard about them more and there would of been less talk about buying hacked iphones.

Italy, Belgium, Australia... that I can think of now. There are such phones coming in to UAE, just tonight I was at Festival City and they have factory unlocked ones.

Someone who has one of these phones could tell you better than I can, but as far as I know you can put in any SIM and it works.
