Mac Offer hard to resist

I got this in the mail today, though it could help. IF PC users haven't switched yet, you have 4TB of reasons to shift

Cheers.

On the brighter side, for folks who want to switch or who own a low end mac and want to upgrade, this seems to be a tag breaker. I mean that macbook pro config costs around 10000 in the market now, a another drobo with 4tb would cost 3000+ ? and the stylus would go around say 2000+

I wanted a 4tb drive that can store some of my "stuff" , looks like m going to check this out today.

I received same SPAM email as well. When I calculated prices I couldn't find where I am saving? As I can see there is hardly any saving!

Really ? How much does the 4TB drobo costs ? I am looking for just the Drobo 2nd gen, but if it goes more than 3000, its not worth the buy. Plus arent stylus cheap nowadays ? the only cost they would have not changed, is for the macbook pro. But then i could be wrong too.

Well the offer goes for items for AED14,200. iStyle sells same macbook pro for AED8,990. Then intiuitme.com sells Drobo for AED2,920 which leaves Wacom tablet for AED2,290. I am sure Wacom A4 sells for nearly this price.

Doesn't the Drobo come without disks?

I checked their website, frankly it doesn't say much as it is static well an image I would say.

It would make much sense then, if this $799 is for the box and software rather than for the 4TB HDs!

Yes you have to buy your own disks and put them in.
