iPhone vs. Nokia N98

Today suddenly in my office there was a rumor that Nokia is launching a phone similar to iPhone. And it will be called N98!! So when I did a google search hundreds of websites poped up about the info, tech specs etc etc.




Interestingly, non was from the Nokia official website. After a little research it became evident that it is a complete hoax.


So iPhone users rejoice. Nokia (or for that matter any other company) has a long way to catch up.

What's a "goggle search"?

the only way any of the companies can catch up to iPhone is to offer phones with bigger storage space than the iPhone. Technology-wise itself has a long way to go to catch up too. The N98 bit has been going around since about June last year. If it was real, you would think they would've launched it by now.

it is amazing how future phones can beat current apple phones...
i think some one in apple said something similar to this

"it is amazing how future microsoft products can beat current apple products"
iphone is out for over a year soon it will be old unless apple keeps pushing it as hard so get over it MACs get old too

There is a similar hoax floating around that rim are going to produce an iphone killer as well. Similarly there is nothing on rim's website:

apart from the awesome iphone -- i think i would like to put my hands on and test the XPERIA.

i heard something about Nokia Tube (they have prototypes of it on YouTube, im not sure if it true prototype)
Nokia makes good mobiles no doubt, but did u tried th n95, its the slowest device ever, with this s60 OS, it takes few seconds to open the gallery or music!!!!
i think if they made a touch interface it will be heavier than n95 and larger hehehe

Well me too, but when i knew it will run Windows Mobile im not concerned anymore, WM makes u feel like u r using ur father mobile before years!!!
