Their site used to be royalstepcomputers.com but it's not working now. The experience of others may be different but personally I'd be careful about dealing with them.

stuck with them! unfortunately they are supposed to be the "authorised" service centre for the macs bought from virgin. i gave my laptop to repair to virgin and they routed it to royal step. they called today sayin that they reinstalled the mac and its working fine! however its strange cos i had done the reinstallation twice and the problems i was facing didnt disappear! i jus hope i dont end up having to take it back there next week! waiting for them to hand over the machine! wish they wud just replace the mac as they now claim something is wrong with the dvd drive too and that they wud replace it for free (i didnt notice it cos i hardly use the drive). rather unhappy with my mac now!

Sorry to hear that too navin. This would be a little harsh but here is a link i could dig up for complaints regarding an establishment. Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing, Government of Dubai : E-Complaints But i would still wait to get the mac back from them, and check if it works well as wanted, if not then go to the next step. Suprisingly UAE is taking a big initiative in consumer protection, which is a good thing. Afterall some folks take due advantage of name and place while selling things to customers here. Hope it works out for ya. For your reference: Department of Economic Development
