iPod Touch in ME ?

Just came from the iStyle store in Abu Dhabi Mall. Asked the guy over there if the iPod touch was out anywhere in the UAE or was it going to come to iStyle anytime soon. His prompt reply without hesitation was "Next Week". Now the number of times i have gone asking different stores about the iPod touch and the reply i got everytime wasn't so convincing as the one i got today from the guy at the iStyle store.

I am hell sure excited but still told the guy to take down my number and call me asap when the touch arrives and i'll come buy one of this candy off. But he persistently told me "Next week sure" !! lol

Can anyone from here confirm this with iStyle if they could. And if so what could possibly be the price range on the touch. the 399$ touch converts to 1600Dhs approx so err .. a 2000+ price on the touch is worthless like how the iPhone is getting charged here.

thats good news, but i dont think the prices will be as bad as the iphone due to the simple fact that they are legal here and they will be sold in proper channels

i went to the mac store in Oman and Ipod Touch was available there from 1 week
