Apple is no longer the Apple of old.

A very interesting article about why today's Apple is no longer the same old Apple which we all love.

Some key points raised were

1. Focus of Apple is moving from computers hardware, software to consumer electronics as evidenced by removing computers from Apple Computers Inc.
2. Shifting of engineers from Leopard to iPhone. Though this may be a commercialy wise decision but would not have happened even 2-3 years back.

Apple has to grow, it has to continue to innovate to survive in these times. and lets face it, you cant really innovate more past a Mac computer. Its almost perfect.

Look at Apple's revenues the last year or so. I think their switch is working. ;-)
