Nem Mac Pro's Redesigned!!!!

This is Exactly what i had in mind for what the new Mac Pros should be, and i think they way i am thinking these days about Apple products is the samething that Steve is thinking i have mentioned previusly that Apple should Redesign there Mac Pros line and the Most segnificant change would be its size, specialy now that the Intel based Machine dont need as much Heating systems to cool the machine down as much as the old G5 so it leaves alot of space in the Mac Pro inclosure that is just a waste... and then comes the Display issues... where are the iSights? and why still expencive, thick and less brighter than alot of new compatitors, and i have no dought that Apple has solved all these issues in there beutifull Labs and are jurt preparing really awsome cardboard boxes for them to slip into so they can get them out the door for us

LoopRumors is hearing tidbits of information that Apple is planning to deliver a completely redesigned Intel Mac Pro. The Pro line of Macintosh computers has seen a slowdown since Adobe's Creative Suite 3 is not available as a universal binary.

The redesign will be an improvement both internally and externally. Apple did complete the transition to Intel chips with Intel-based Mac Pros, but this new machine is said to be smaller, and 'significantly faster' than the current offerings. Unlike today's Mac pros, the cooling system will direct hot air through vents at the top of the machine, much like Apple's Cube of yesteryear. Other less credible information suggests that the machines will only run Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) and not be backward compatible with previous operating systems.

Also expected for quite some time now are new Apple Displays. Apple's aging displays have become dinosaurs in the world of LCD displays, with other companies offering comparable sizes at nearly half the price of Apple's MSRP.

Apple recently discontinued its iSight camera which enables iChat video conferencing for computers without built-in displays. Since updating to Intel processors, all of its computers with the exception of the Mac Pros have included built-in iSight cameras. Earlier information suggested that Apple would include iSight cameras in its new displays which were expected to be unveiled at Macworld. Some reports have expected the new displays to come in sizes up to 50-inches. The new displays are said be even thinner, with a lighter design and have more mobility.

Steve Jobs mentioned in his Macworld keynote that Apple would deliver some 'really great' Macintoshes in the coming months. While the target for Displays seems to be a moving one, we do expect both Mac Pros and Apple Displays including iSight to be announced simultaneously.

A product announcement is still expected for late February or early March. Although Mac Pros are not believed to be the subject of the announcement, anything is possible. Common sense leads us to believe that Apple will announce the newly redesigned Mac Pros alongside Adobe's introduction of Creative Suite 3 to help boost Mac Pro sales.
