HTML emailers sent from PC to Mac appear as JPG

Initially when I had a PC, I used to use outlook to send HTML emailers. Now with Mail when I receive the emailer with all it's links and the works, it appears as jpg, the links have disappeared!

In the preferences, view, i have checked display remote images in HTML messages. Yet it does not work.

Have tried using Entourage and the it does not work either. BTW don't like nor intend using it either

So the question is how can I view an HTML emailed to me from a PC (in HTML, not image file), and then resend that using Mail to others (most PC users) that can view it as HTML and not image file?

I am half confusion with your question. If someone has send you jpeg mailer it will appear as jpeg. and if someone has send you html mailer it will appear as html. Mail application can't for sure convert these formats either way or vice-verse.

Who's working on you mailers?

Actually Vinpin,
These are HTML based with a JPEG.
So the HTML maps links on the JPEG.
We reviewed this during the last EMUG meeting.

It appears there are a number of problems with the HTML code.
No idea why Jaguar is the only one to complain about it.

Ok, so one see' a "HTML based with a JPEG mail" as "full JPEG-only mail"? and not as HTML with linked images?
weird.

So what's the solution?

The only solution we have at this stage is to clean up the HTML code.
I don't know if this will be resolved otherwise.
