| Microsoft Office vs iWork I was impressed at some of the features of iwork and the feel and look of the interface. Can anyone give a general idea of iwork vs MS office? And one important thing before I purchase it, if the files once saved in iwork can they be opened on a pc. |

| If you export to Word format in iWork the file can be opened on a PC. It's can be simple, will you exchange a lot of Office documents with other people, like many times ever day? Then pick Office. Once in a while to open and save Office files in iWork is okay, if you do it a lot it becomes a pain. Do you need 100% file compatibility with Office? If so, pick Office, iWork does a good job but not always a 100% perfect job. |

However, is there a demo that we can view perhaps in one of the stores? | |

| Hi Snehal! Most Macs come with a trial version of iWorks. If you don't find it you can download it here. Apple - iWork - Trial NeoOffice can be configured to save in the default Office formats. But its not as strong as either MS Office or iWorks. |
