Mail & Entourage doesn't work with Exchange 2010 Roll Up 3.

Dear All,

I just finished implementing Exchange 2010 in flyduabi HQ office to find out that Mail program setup itself with exchange but lose connection with the server from time to time.
Entourage 2008 didnt work at all and couldn't set it up at all.

Any help from experts is highly appreciated.

Entourage has limited support for Exchange.
The next version of Office will have Outlook in it.

When it loses connection does it loses wifi?

One of the recommended OS if your connecting to exchange server is that your clients OS needs to be on snow leopard if not then these issues may arise. Our company runs exchange 2010 and all of the client mail is on apple mail and we never encounter the issues you are having. I am unsure though of Entourage 2008 although I am running on Entourage 2008 connecting to exchange 2010 server I've never had any problems.
