    got an iTGC but can't use

    i was able to buy an iTGC, itunes accepted the code and said "Credit applied when account creatiion complete".

    i'm using a friend's address in the UK, i've entered all the details but then it says: "The province name or abbreviation is not valid." i can't complete the steps!!! frustrating =(
