    iPod Touch 4th Generation - Release date?

    Hi,
    Ive been thinking about getting an iPod touch for quite some time now. But before taking the step, Id like to know if anyone has a clue as to when Apple plans to launch a 4th generation? I dont want to end up regretting not waiting. Any input is appreciated.

    iPod Touch 4th Generation - Release date?

    Just a guess but I would be very surprised if a Touch with a Retina display etc is not very close. Compare the release dates of each iPhone revision and the comparable touch. Apples release cycle is going to kill me... or make my wife do it.

    iPod Touch 4th Generation - Release date?

    iPod touch with retina display and two cameras announced today. Basically an iPhone 4 without the phone. Good call Magnus!

    It will probably be available in istyle at the end of Oct just like everything they receive - 1 to 2 months late (excluding iphone and ipad of course)

    iPod Touch 4G now available

    Hey.

    The iPod Touch 4G with Retina Display and Camera is now available at Plug Ins Dubai Festival City.

    RRP is as below

    8GB - 1399
    32GB - 1859
    64GB - 2259

    I just joined this forum. I work as a Category Manager for Apple At Plug Ins electronix, and in no way do I wish to promote my store etc. Its just that I'm an ardent Mactard/Apple fanboy and would like other fanboys to get their hands on new gadgets asap.

    If I'm violating any rules of the forum, the mod can certainly delete the post.

    @Magnus.. the 800-guys get these infos a little late (maybe by a day or 2).. apologies for that.
    i've done the allocation myself. its pretty much there when i visited the Festival City and the Dubai Mall showroom.

    Nice prices. But I think I'd personally wait until the demand goes down. Previous generation iPod Touch 32gb is at 1,350 aed only at a different store and was hoping for a similar price since the US prices hasn't changed for the 32gb and 64gb version.

    btw did you mean SRP instead of RRP?
