Du Wireless - help !

Hi Guys and Girls

I moved into a Du only area a few months ago and gamely went a bought a linksys router (not modem) under instruction from a mate who also lived with Du. I set it up and it works perfectly with my Xbox and Iphone but my PC suffers quite badly from radon disconnection and I spend hours trying to manually repair the connection. Switching the router on/off etc. I thought it was a problem with my PC.

However I just set up the same router in my girlfriends place and I can't get any wireless signal at all .... even though the setup says I've done it all correctly... arrrgh.

Reading through a few threads it seems like I've stumbled upon a nice community of people who've had very similar issues and can possibly help me out.

FYI I was using a Macbook to do the setup last night. Could this be a problem ? The directly connected ethernet cable works fine but as soon as I put it in 'succesfully installed' router - nothing!!

The fact that it was done on a Mac has nothing to do with it.
I recommend trying to change the encryption.
