First call du helpdesk and make sure you have been enrolled in iphone package, at least the regular one with 100 dhs minimum commitment . else u will be in big trouble when the next bill comes out

Did you get iphone Early bird Benfit ( i.e 50 deduction on your last bill)
Your probably being billed for data usage till now . You can confirm this by checking last detailed bill anyways
Today is the billing date and it will take probably another 10-15 days to generate detailed bill
Sounds like some Du billing is a bit of a disaster really. Online Self Service provides next to no information and a Customer Service number that is next to useless. Good combination. Surprising how certain telco companies seem to make such hard work of running, well, a telco!!!!!

I have a similar problem too!
I have an elite plan that gives me 1gb 3G network every month for a year. I haven't exceeded that 1gb and Im sure about because I don't even use it that much anyway. Now today is my first day of the second month. When I check my bill when calling 155, it says: "Your last bill amount was 214.84 dirhams. So far this month you have spent 16.4 dirhams" <------ that leaves me very confused. What does my "last bill amount" mean? And what does "this month I have spent" mean? What's the difference? Which is my bill? And how on earth does it say 214.84 dirhams? I hardly made any cAlls, just a few.. and I don't text that often...
