    I can't make outgoing calls, but I can receive calls.

    If you are facing this problem, please read the following 2 posts:

    - How to install a custom Carrier Settings file

    - iPhone FAQ - PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING

    Once you have enabled the APN, erase what is in it.

    hey i was facing the same issue of losing credit and not able to make calls or sms, but installing te carrier file v5.1 has solved the issues. This is great Many thanks.
