    I keep losing credit!!

    i have my 3GS iPhone, and i GSM eitsalat sim not wasel.
    my credit was 700 2 days ago i checked it a moment ago and its 4770 !!!!!!

    how is that possible ? it says im connected to "3G" near the carrier logo!?!

    isnt it like the blackberry ? paying monthly ?

    :P you said credit, not debit!

    You need to stop using data on your cellular data connection, or get a 3G data package from etisalat. Call 101 and they will help you chose a package. If you don't want to use the data connection try installing the latest custom carrier settings file from here: How to install a custom Carrier Settings file

    Then you will be able to access the cellular data connection menu and delete the data access point name.

    go to setting - general - network - then turn mobile data to off.

    i had the same issue of losing credit.

    The 3G carrier Logo will be white, showing that 3G is "available".
    If it's Blue, you are using it.

    Turn it off to ensure you don't have unwanted access. Maps, weather safari, push notifications (from applications) all use cellular DATA.
    Been there, done that... Converted to Mac...
